I'm an economist working on forest preservation, with a focus on Africa, with a particular interest in how forest preservation can be mantained alongside economic development. I'm interested in running experiments as well as analyzing secondary data including surveys and geospatial data. I am working on issues relating to land rights, certification, infrastructure, migration, agricultural technology, and how these impact deforestation and forest degredation.
