My team and I are interested in how economic actors can contribute to sustainable development with a special focus on biodiversity. Actors that we are particularly interested in are consumers and businesses. We offer strong expertise in quantitative research methods (survey research, real choice experiments, statistical analyses) and have published in numerous renowned international journals (e.g. Journal of Management Studies). My latest publication quantifies how different degrees of a products biodiversity performance influence consumers willingness to pay for products and draws management implications based on these insights. We are passionate about working in interdisciplary and transdisciplinary teams and have led large scale inter- and transdisciplinary projects.

My team and I are thematically very open, but our main interests are in how consumers and businesses can contribute to higher degrees of biodiversity conservation on societal level. We are interested in contributing to highly relevant and rigourous research and would enjoy taking the perspective of business or consumer studies in an inter- and transdisciplinary team.
