for a project to join
I am professor at a major university in Brazil. In my lab I mentor from undergraduates to postdoctoral researchers. My primary expertise lies in ecology and conservation biology. I am engaged in projects exploring the role of small mammals and bats in the emergence and reemergence of zoonotic diseases. Additionally, I possess a deep-seated interest in the analysis, discussion, and enhancement of environmental impact assessment and monitoring processes. Currently, I am involved in the field of urban ecology, seeking innovative approaches to understand and mitigate the impacts of urbanization on biodiversity and ecosystems. I also contribute significantly to the evaluation of ecosystem services in protected areas, spanning both urban and natural environments."
