In order to solve issues such as climate change and sustainable agriculture, I want to investigate the microbiota of paddy fields all the available in Taiwan using metagenomic technology to compare whether chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers have an impact on soil biodiversity, soil microbial nitrogen and carbon cycles . This research would sequence a large number of metagenomes, hoping to find partners and projects related to bioinformatics analysis, or have similar experiments in other regions (crops could be different) that also use metagenomes to analyze chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers soil biodiversity.
