I am looking for a project to join
I specialize in plant-microbe interactions, disease resistance, and innovative solutions for agriculture, biodiversity, and human health in a changing environment. My interdisciplinary approach, including AI and machine learning, drives my research.

I explore the relationships between plants and microbes to enhance disease resistance. Using advanced techniques like mathematical modeling, sequencing, single-cell tech, and evolutionary approaches, I develop sustainable strategies. These strategies reduce pesticide use and elevate plant resistance. An ERC Starting Grant supports part of my research.

I aim to improve agricultural productivity while preserving biodiversity. Additionally, I study the connections between plant-microbe interactions and human health. This exploration leads to innovative solutions in medicine and nutrition. My work promotes sustainable agriculture, ensuring food security, environmental conservation, and human well-being.

I seek to join a project aligning with my expertise in plant-microbe interactions, disease resistance, and innovative solutions for agriculture, biodiversity, and human health. Particularly interested in investigating plant-microbe interactions and disease resistance in crops, I'm open to projects exploring sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, and plant-microbe applications in human health. As an interdisciplinary researcher with microbiology, computational biology, and genetics expertise, I can contribute to project design, experimentation, data analysis, and modeling. I value collaborations that prioritize sustainability, societal impact, and international perspectives. Let's explore potential collaborations to advance scientific knowledge and address global challenges in agriculture, biodiversity, and human health.
