• Excellent botanical identification skills, including experience using dissecting microscopes and identification keys.
• Plant taxonomist (not only Saudi Arabia this includes the Arabian Peninsula & Socotra Region)
• Good knowledge about habitats and flora of SA
• Conducting fieldworks
• Willingness to travel and work out-of-town for extended periods of time (e.g., full work week)
• Plant surveys/monitoring methods
• Familiarity with GPS mapping technology and use of iPads for data collection
• Plant assessment evaluations following (IUCN) criteria
