I am looking
for a partner (for my project)
We are a Research Center participated by University departments and Companies and we offer expertise in the following fields: agrifood, pharmaceutical and veterinary. We specialize in the development of protocols for the extraction of bioactive molecules from supply chain waste both through traditional methods and through supercritical fluids. We recently carried out a clinical study as part of a project, in which we tested polyphenols extracted from olive leaves for the control of type 2 diabetes, obtaining very promising results. These molecules are also promising from the point of view of the control of neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. We also have experience in sustainable agriculture and in particular in the development of natural products capable of defending vegetation against many pathogens. In addition, we have developed protocols for the isolation of bacteriophages for the preparation of phage cocktails which represent a promising alternative to fight bacterial infections resistant to traditional antibiotics. We also recently obtained funding for a European project on the blue economy. We have expertise in writing and coordinating European projects and in dissemination and communication activities. We have numerous patents related to the innovative solutions of our research.

To whom it may concern,
We would like to propose a collaboration in the European call "Biodiversa+" and specifically for the third research theme. The project we are writing embraces both themes of antimicrobial resistance and microplastics, which are the most serious threats to environmental health in this climate change scenario. Wildlife offers a unique opportunity to study the landscape dynamics of emerging infectious diseases , antimicrobial resistance and plastic pollution, occupying a particular ecological niche and serving as a sentinel for environmental health. Our idea is to involve a partner for the creation of a computer database to manage some IT data. You can also adapt, if you wish, a previous IT database system that you have already developed for previous projects. It would be interesting to discuss our experiences in more detail and be able to develop a joint project. If you are interested in our proposed collaboration, I look forward to your kind feedback by writing to research@cosvitec.eu as soon as possible. Thank you, R. Parisi
