I have expertise in the use of DNA metabarcoding particularly for molecular detection of trophic interactions and for biodiversity inventory. I also have expertise in the field sampling and analysis of environmental DNA. I can provide expertise and the equipment required for this type of work.
In terms of models, I have experience working on insects, earthworms and other invertebrates but also in amphibians and birds.
