I am looking for a project to join
I am the founder and director of Marine Mammals Research Association (DMAD), Marine Mammal Consultant of WWF-Turkey and Research Director of Montenegro Dolphin Research (MDR). I am specialized in Marine Research and Conservation focusing on marine mammals. I have experience on habitat mapping, behavioural budget analysis, population size estimations, critical habitat identification, threat assessment, acoustic analysis and biostatistic. I have run multiple projects in data deficient regions of the world, included but not limited to Turkey, Montenegro, Albania and recently Zanzibar. I am highly experienced on scientific report and article writing with over thirty article publications in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to my scientific contribution, i contribute significantly on local research capacity enhancement, prioritizing female researchers.

MedPAN General Assemply and Workshop (24-27 October 2022) in Montenegro, ACCOBAMS Scientific Committee Meeting (29 November 2022) in Malta and European Cetacean Socity (16-20 April 2023) in Spain. In addition I will be organising a workshop on 'Joint Course on ACCOBAMS Highly Qualified Marine Mammals Observers (MMO) and Operators of Passive Acoustic Monitoring Systems (PAM) and JNCC Certifications’ under "DMAD" (7-12 December 2022) in Türkiye.
