Biodiversa Joint Research Call 2022-2023 on "Improved transnational monitoring of biodiversity and ecosystem change for science and society (BiodivMon)"
My research interests are focused on microbial biodiversity on different environments (thermal springs, wastewater treatment plants, rivers, agricultural soil, etc).

-Wastewater treatment plants holds rich microbial biodiversity for recycling sewage water. Discharge water from these facilities have enormous effects on ecosystem and environment. We are looking for partners to fill the knowledge gap of how wastewater treatment effluent changes the microbiota of river and streaming lakes on different areas of the world. -Additionally, the usage of treated wastewater in agricultural has increased dramatically, but how this application changes the soil microbiota and thus crop/plant growth are still lacking.
Feel free to email me if you are interested in any research area I mentioned above.
