Biodiversa Joint Research Call 2022-2023 on "Improved transnational monitoring of biodiversity and ecosystem change for science and society (BiodivMon)"
One of the main research areas of our team is biodiversity in organic farming and the assessment of agroecology aspects. We investigate the use of beneficial microorganisms and natural substances to effectively protect crops and enable better plant nutrition and their impact on the biodiversity of farmland. We would like to join a project that focuses on the protection of biodiversity, especially in the agricultural landscape, the impact of various agricultural production systems on plants, insects and microorganisms living on the surface of plants. We are also interested in the impact of biodiversity on the productivity of crops. We have experience in researching flower strips, their suitability and impact on biodiversity in the environment and in agriculture field. We are able to perform monitoring in the following research areas: - relationships between the biodiversity index and agricultural ecosystem management, pests-insects-beneficial insects, pathogens-plants.
