Within this Biodiversa+ call for project, Biotope is looking for a project to join.

Considering its wide field of expertise, Biotope may be interested in any project linked to the monitoring of natural habitats, Flora and Fauna (especially the following groups: Mammals, Birds, Reptiles, Amphibians , Fishes and Insects).

Nevertheless, given the fast developpement of renewable energies and especially onshore and offshore wind farms, Biotope is more interested in projects that would improve the monitoring of bats and birds flight activity. This type of project would make it possible to implement more effective impact reduction measures.
Within this kind of project Biotope may use the fauna data collected in the framework of hundreds of wind farm EIAs and other ecological monitoring such as birds and bats mortality monitoring that French regulations make compulsory.
