I head a reserach group at Londrina State University that have been studying soil microbial ecology, plant-bacteria interactions, microbial diversity associated to different plants grown in natural and agricultural environments, with the focus to better understand ecosystems functioning and use these knowledge to develop nature-based solutions aimed to support the plant growth and biodiversity conservation in a changing climate perspective. Our University have facilities for basic and advanced methodological approaches, from which our group have been frequently using the sequencing facility (NGS and Sanger) and mass-spectrometer facility (LC-MS and GC-MS metabolomics).
