I am looking
for a project to join
I am interested in plant-microbe/microbiota interactions in nature, and how these interactions are influenced by the climate change and how these interactions shapes the biodiversity.
My lab is a well-equipped molecular biology lab, with platforms of: 1. flow cytometry, cell sorter 2. 10x Genomics Chromium single-cell controller 3. Illumina sequencer 4. automate fractionator for isolating organelles and large molecular complex, e.g. ribosomes
We have enriched experience in plant pathology, plant phytogenomics, molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics and state-of-the-art technologies of applying transcriptomes, proteomics, epigenetics, and systems biology approaches
Currently, my lab has an ERC Starting Grant funded project ongoing. Our publications can be found at the Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=M-tVYCcAAAAJ&hl=en.
We are looking for a project that our expertise can contribute, so please don't hesitate to contact us.
