We would like to participate in a project as a partner. My fields of study are Cyanobacteria, molecular identification of cyanobacteria, metagenome, cyanobacteria metabolite profiling, cyanotoxin, cyanotoxin genes identification and blooms. In my doctoral study, I investigated the diversity of cyanobacteria in fresh and salt waters at the morphological and molecular level (16S rRNA ITS analysis and metagenome), and I detected the cyanotoxin genes by PCR and also determined the amount of cyanotoxin in the environment by HPLC. Additionally, I investigated the biological activities of cyanobacteria extracts and performed metabolite profiling of cyanobacteria extracts with GC MS.
