My expertise / skills : Sare Asli is a researcher at the institute of applied research - Galilee Society, Shefar-am, Israel. His PhD studies were in Civil, Environmental and Agricultural Engineering, the Technion, Israel at 2010, under the supervision of Prof. Peter Neumann. His research entitled: “Effects of Colloids in the Root Environment on Apoplastic Water Transport and Plant Growth”. In summary this research reveals novel physical effects of colloids on plant water transport and directs attention to overlooked environmental implications of increasing agricultural use of sewage effluents for crop irrigation. As a researcher in the institute of applied research, Asli was involved in several applied researches and development projects which were connected to anaerobic treatment processes and energy recovery in wastewater. Currently, he receives the fund of the EU in unity and diversity in nature and society in EU Peacebuilding Initiative (EUPI) 2018-2019.
